Custom User Labels
Company Admins can now Customize labels, for example- rather than “employee” users can be
renamed as “Associate”, “Student”, etc.
This setting can be found in Preferences > Manage Settings > General Manage Settings

Enlarged the Text Size
Text has been enlarged on mobile screens when it is too small to read
External Links for Support Documents and Other Information
Companies can link pertinent employee information and communications to the Care360 app
With this feature activated, a new tab “Company Resources” will appear in the “More” menu.
There, Company Resources will be displayed with customizable external links.
To enable this feature, please let a CareValidate Admin know.
Custom Subject Line for In-App Messages
Company Admins can Customize the Subject Line for In-App Notifications
Previously, all in-app messages had the subject line “Message from Program Administrator ''. This
subject line can now be customized.
This setting is found in Preferences > Notifications > (Select which notification message) Subject
Home Tab to Quickly Report Any Type of Incident
Quickly report any type of incident including Symptoms, Exposures or new Test Results
To enable this feature let a CareValidate Admin know.
This feature will soon be available on web as well as mobile.
The Home tab will also contain the company logo and the Notifications icon.

Testing Module
Allow “Unknown Test Type”
Admins can now decide whether they would like to allow “unknown” test types for Users
submitting test results.
To allow for “unknown” test types, company Admins can go to Preferences > Testing > CV
controlled test type

Customize Booster Label
Company Admins now have the option to add a custom label for “Booster” vaccine dose on the
mobile apps
This setting can be found in Preferences > Vaccinations > Override Booster Language. Once the
setting is activated on the Dashboard and the custom language is set, mobile apps will reflect the
change.

Contact Tracing
Show Badge ID on My Care685 ID Screen
For companies utilizing our Contact Tracing Module, Standalone Badge numbers are now visible on
the My Care685 ID screen.
For this feature to work, the Contact Tracing Module must be on, “Hide 'Assign Standalone
Badge'/'Register Badge' Link” must be disabled and the Badge number must be assigned to a user.
