Improved Pagination: Page Jump Controls

Quickly scroll or jump to specific pages 

 

To enable this feature please let a CareValidate Admin know. 

When there are multiple pages of data on your dashboard screen, you can now navigate forward and backward through the results. The blue box indicates the current page. The numbered buttons indicate pages to which the user may jump.

This feature is used on both the “Manage” Pages and “Preferences” pages.

Sorting and Filtering of Cases by Status 

The filtering and sorting functionality has been improved by enabling the option to sort and filter Cases 

by their status. Additionally, a new status “Closed” was added to the filter.

Sort by First, Second, and Third Dose

In the vaccine validations table, instead of sorting alphabetically, we have implemented the ability to sort by “by ‘First Dose’, ‘Second Dose’, and 'Booster Dose’

Added Ability to Edit Location Address Information

Company Admins can now edit locations and change the associated address if necessary. This change only allows Admins with access to the 'Locations' table to edit locations. 

To edit locations, select the 'Locations' tab and click on a row. You will then automatically be brought to an "Edit Location" window. To save changes, click on  'Update Location Info'

Edit User Notes

Admins can now edit notes previously added

You will now see the option to “Add Note” or “Edit Note”. When adding a note, the window will close upon saving after selecting “submit”. When editing a note, the window will stay open after selecting “Save”

 

A brief success message is shown after saving an edit/update of the Note.

Locations Can Have Aliases (Alternate Names) 

Location names can now be displayed with custom text (presumably abbreviated names) in the user passport and in 'User Participation' bar.. 

 

To enable this feature please let a CareValidate Admin know. 

Once enabled, Admins can add/edit company locations in 'Manage' > 'Locations’ > "Location Name Alias”. For example 'Headquarters' -> 'HQ.'

When viewing the Locations Table, you will only see the Location Names. The added location alias will be saved in the location details page.

For Companies who use the daily screening tool, and have the “Location” question turned on, the location will be shown in the “User Participation” toolbar. The location alias(es) will be displayed on the passport as well.

If a company has aliases set for only some of its locations, the locations without aliases will have their full names displayed.

 Add "2 meters" to the Close Contacts Definition 

This feature is helpful for companies who have an international population. User’s will now see the metric system in addition to the imperial system when referring to distance.  For example-“The CDC defines close contact as less than 6 feet (2 meters) away for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period.”

Case Management

 

Link Sending Tool Location Change & Keep Window Open After Saving Changes 

 

This change was made because the ability to send a link to an employee for incident-reporting is now located in the 'Edit Contact Details' window. 

Now, when you save changes to the User’s contact information, the window will remain open so that you can easily send the form link using the updated contact information.

Improved  Search Results for Close Contacts 

First name Last name can now be used when searching employees for Case Management/Contact purposes

 

When a positive User (or Admin filling out the form on behalf of the User) is adding contacts who they may have been exposed to, they can now search for other employees who they were in contact with using email OR First Name Last Name

Additionally, the improved expanded search now returns 20 results rather than 10
