store vetting process which can take up to 3 days

General

Use International Phone Numbers for Web and Mobile Apps

International phone numbers can now be used in both the web and mobile app for the following

screens:

·   Login

·   Edit Profile

·   Case Notes

·   Other screens where phone number input can be used

See User’s Location(s) Under User Participation

When a user takes the daily screening and worksite attendance is enabled, the location(s)

that they report will appear on the User Participation bar in their profile

This tool is useful for clients who have users who work at various workspaces, offices,

warehouses, etc. If location/worksite attendance is enabled in the daily screening module,  the

names of the reported locations will appear when hovering over the most recent User

Participation.  If more than one location is added by the user during daily screening, all

locations will appear.

If no location is added by the user during daily screening, no location will be shown when

hovering over the User Participation bar. Additionally, If location reporting/worksite

attendance is off, no location will appear.

Improvements to “Contacts”

We have implemented improvements to the 'Add Contacts' feature in the Case Notes

What's Been Changed/Added:

1. Removal of unnecessary space at the top of the modal

2. Vertical expansion of the 'Search Results' section to accommodate more results

3. Users now can either close the search section or add selected contacts to be

saved by clicking a button on the right of the search results list

Customize Text for "Boosters"

Admins can now customize text for boosters through company settings - For example,

Admins can change the language to “additional dose” rather than “booster”

To enable this feature please let a CareValidate Admin know.

Once enabled, company Admins can customize text in Preferences > Vaccination > setting

“Override Booster language”. When the checkbox is checked, it shows two text fields, one for

singular and one for plural, that defaults to “booster” and “boosters”.

**18 characters are allowed in total for this custom text

Company Admins Can Only See Cases Tied to them by Tags

A company Admin or Manager with Admin tags assigned will only see Cases for Users

with the same tag

If a dashboard user (Admin or Manager) doesn’t have any tags, then all cases should be visible. For

example, an Admin who is the manager of “Store X” and is assigned the Admin tag “Store X”, will

only see Cases tied to those users who also have the “Store X” tag.

To enable this feature, please let a CareValidate Admin know.

Once enabled, company Admins and Managers can open cases and notify users with the related

tags assigned.

Notifications

User Tag-Based Notification Templates

Company Admins are now able to configure different notification templates for separate

regions/states/offices

The following notifications can now be customized and linked to users with specific assigned tags:

·   Direct Contact Reply

·   Positive Test Reply

·   Symptoms Reply

·   Indirect Contact Notification

Using this feature, company admins can provide each employee with key information while

keeping out data that is not relevant to their circumstances, location, state, etc.

Positive Test CC’s Only Sent to Employee's Direct Manager

This feature makes it so that only the Direct Manager of a User who reports a positive test

is copied on the employee’s test notification

To enable this feature, please let a CareValidate Admin know.

Once the feature is enabled, the following notifications rules will apply:

1. Only Managers with tags matching the user’s tag will receive notifications. For example: if the

Manager has the Admin tag “NYC-Manager” the User must also have the tag “NYC Manager” in

order for the Manager to be notified

2.  If a user has no tags - no Managers will receive notifications

3. If multiple Managers have the same tag, they will all receive notifications

4. Only “positive test” and “direct contact reply” notifications are sent to Admins

Hide Direct Contacts from a Manager's View if they do not Share the Same Tags

If a User reports direct contacts, only the Manager of the named direct contacts will see

this notification

For example- if “Employee A” reports direct Contact with “Employee B” BUT they do not share the

same manager, only Employee B and the manager of “Employee B” will be notified of the exposure.

The Manager of “Employee A” will only receive notification of their Employee’s positive Case.

To enable this feature, please let a CareValidate Admin know

Reporting

Added Fields to the Case Management Report

We have improved our downloadable Case Management Report by including the

following new fields: Direct Contacts and Return to Work.

Hourly User Reports

Admins can now generate the User and Case Management Reports Hourly

To enable this feature, please let a CareValidate Admin know

Once this feature is enabled, the scheduled generation time set in “Reporting Preferences” no

longer applies. Rather a new report will be generated hourly- each newly generated report

overwrites the previous one.

The last report generated at 23:05 (timezone honoring the company’s setting) will be saved in

storage. We will store 90 daily reports and once this number is exhausted, the newly generated

reports will overwrite the oldest in the storage.

Tag-based filtered Employee Report and Case Management Report

Admins can now split the User Report into several different files based on associated tags

In addition to splitting the User Report by tags, this report can be sent, via email, to Admins with

those same tags. For example, an Admin who is the manager of “Store X” and is assigned the

“Store X” admin tag, will receive a report with only data tied to those users who also have the

“Store X” tag.

To enable this feature please let a CareValidate Admin know.

Once enabled, the setting can be found in Preferences > Reporting > Reporting Settings > Enable

Tag-Based Email Reports.
