General

Validate Email Addresses when added to the Dashboard

When adding or changing an email for a user, the address will be validated by our system

and is only accepted if it is a valid email address.

If the email address is invalid, the submit button in both the 'Add Employee' and 'Edit Contact

Details' will be disabled until a valid email address or valid phone number has been entered.

Unsaved Communication Details Changes to “Contact Details”

The ‘Send’ button for notifications will now be disabled if there are specific unsaved

changes in the ‘Edit Contact Details’ form

If the preferred method of communication or the corresponding information (email/phone

number) is changed but the form is not saved, the communication method will default to the last

saved information. If there is no preferred communication information saved the ‘Send’ button will

be disabled with a message indicating a required action is needed to proceed.

For example, If a user changes the ‘Phone Number’, does not save the changes, and the database

has the ‘Preferred Method of Communication’ set as either ‘Text Message’ or ‘Phone’, the ‘Send’

button will  be disabled. Similarly, if a user changes their ‘Email’, does not save the changes, and

the database has the ‘Preferred Method of Communication’ set as ‘Email’, the ‘Send’ button will be

disabled with an appropriate message indicating the required action.

Show Page Numbers at the Top and Bottom of Pages -Web

Currently, page numbers are shown only at the bottom of a given page in the dashboard. With this

setting enabled, you will be able to see the page numbers at both the top and bottom of the page.

Pages affected include- Manage Users, Manage Cases, Manage Admins, Manage Events, Manage

Gateways, Manage Test Validations, Manage Vaccinations.

To enable this feature please let a CareValidate Admin know.

Reporting

Hide the Downloadable User Report and Case Management Report

To enable this feature please let a CareValidate Admin know.

In some cases, it’s required by the company security and privacy policies to hide all User personal

information found in the Employee Report and/or the Case Management Report.

However, if certain Company Admins need access to the reports, a custom Company Admin role

can be created and assigned to selected Admins accordingly, making the reports available on their

dashboard only. Please let a CV Admin know if this is the case.

Configurable Quarantine Overrides

Using tags, Admins can override the default quarantine period/return to work date for

specific users

To enable this feature please let a CareValidate Admin know.

This feature is helpful for companies who have Users in various regions that may have differing

isolation protocols.

The default Quarantine period is set to 10 days. Now, with the use of  tag-based overrides the

quarantine period can be changed, which then affects return to work date
