Invite Code Migration

Below are screenshots for step by step instructions to share with employees who are migrating from invite code to email and password.

Step 1 - Open the Care685 app



Step 2 - Click the More menu and choose Action Recommended.



Step 3 - The Action Recommended page will instruct you to enter your email address, an email will be sent to you.



Step 4 - Click "Sign in to CareValidate Platform" button in the email, you will then be prompted to create a password.



Step 5 - Click Continue, and enter your email address and password.



Step 6 - Click the More menu then choose CARE685 ID. Enter your first and last name, email address, and Personnel ID if applicable. Click Save.



You should now see your account details in the app as usual.
